I´ve wanted to do this since I first saw Frankenstein calling it “my crazy lover”. Have some headcanons!
Once Dark Spear had devoured a thousand human lives, it became powerful enough to create a human-like form. It´s dark as a star-less night and looks like it was made of shadows, shadows you can touch (not recommended). It´s voice sounds somehow distorted and sharp.
It´s favourite hobby is to chew Franky everytime he can. Also loves to call the chairman with names that upset him (the ones that we use lol)
Once Tao and Takeo absorb part of Franky´s power, D.S starts calling them it´s children (which also upsets Frankenstein) Dark Spear tells them to reject their human souls and go killing random people like papa did.
